Ordered Wrong Colour, Size
Please double check measurements and colour before ordering, If you are unsure please contact support.

With in 4 working Days
Alterations are free, excluding any additional charge between the difference in orders.

After 4 Working Days or when Shipped
When you have received your order or the order is being processed, we can still make alterations.
Blind length,width to long – 25% Charge to make alterations (eg. Vertical blind Slat price was $3 we charge 0.75c, Vertical blind was $100 we charge $25)
Blind Length,width to short – +35% charge to re-order fabric and re-make your blind.

Creating a return
Please read the following conditions before initiating a return:
Products must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and free of any surface blemishes or scratches.
The return must be initiated within 15 days from when it was delivered.
The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging.
Products must be returned with a valid RMA number (see below).
At our discretion we may offer a partial refund or charge a restocking fee, in particular if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
